Below you will find a collection of my microscopy images. Most of these images are not in any of my studies, research, or write ups. I have these unused images for a couple of reasons, the first is that I enjoy looking at the micro verse and all it has to offer, the second is that I was calibrating the microscope and the image looked neat. Images with scale bars were taken on the Leica DM6 M. A huge thank you to the University of Manitoba Microelectronics laboratory for allowing me to use this equipment.  There are also images in this gallery which have lower resolution, no scale bar and are less clear, these are from my personal microscope a considerably less expensive device, the OMAX M82ES I have swapped out the 100x oil immersion objective with a much higher quality 60x objective, as well as swapping an eyepiece for a camera mount. My reasoning is that I have access to the Leica, if I require a closer look at anything I can bring the sample into the university and get a much higher quality image with the $30,000 system. I also have access to a Photomap 3D; however I have not learned how to use this system yet.  Enjoy!
